Who we are
SayFrank Studio Inc. (incorporation pending) is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We follow BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
From our website forms: your name, business name, email, phone (if you share it), type of business and your message. For customers: access to the business accounts you choose to connect, such as Meta, Google and TikTok, and the marketing data inside them.
How we use it
Form information is used to reply to you and manage early access. Connected account data is used only to run your marketing: drafting ads and posts, preparing reports and answering your questions. Nothing is published without your approval.
How we store it
Information is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption and access controls. Some providers may store data outside Canada; where that happens, it may be subject to the laws of that country. We keep information only as long as we need it, and you can disconnect accounts at any time.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run SayFrank, and only as needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time.
