Agreement
By using sayfrank.ca or SayFrank's services, you agree to these terms. SayFrank Studio Inc. (incorporation pending) is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
What SayFrank does
SayFrank drafts marketing work such as ads, posts and reports for your business. You review and approve everything before it is published or any money is spent.
Your accounts
You may connect business accounts such as Meta, Google and TikTok. You confirm you're authorized to do so. We use that access only to run your marketing, and you can disconnect at any time.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for approving content and for making sure your marketing complies with laws and rules that apply to your business. Frank helps check drafts against advertising rules, but the final call is yours.
No guaranteed results
Marketing outcomes vary. We don't promise any specific bookings, sales or results.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We never sell your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
